Johnson v. THoaBY. Day v. Hewett. FARM TO LET, On the East Coast of New Zealand. /CONSISTING of about 100 acres of fine V,/ arable land, thirty of which are enclosed with a substantial five rail fence, and about 12 acreB are at present in crop. The Farm House consists of five apartments, With stables, piggeries, &c, &c. About 2 acres are fenced in as a garden, which is well stocked with fruit trees, and vegetables.
