ARRIVALS. September 14.— Cutter Wave, Morton, from K&piti, with oil. September 18. — Schooner Lady Leigh, Reid, from Sydney, via Auckland.

DEPARTURES. September 13. — Schooner Bandicoot, Bowden, for Hobart Town, via Nelson. Same day. — Schooner Three Brothers, Toms, for Queen Charlotte Sound. Same day. — Schooner Mana, Munn, for Havrke's Bay. September 14.— Cutter Royal William, Lovett, for Sydney via Nelson. Same day,— Cutter Ann and Sarah, Sinclair, for Nelson. Same day. — Schooner Susannah Ann, Hensley, for Otago. September 17.— Schooner Ocean, Ferguson, for Poverty Bay. September 18.— Schooner Kate, M'Farlane, for Havrke's Bay.

The brig William Stoveld, from Port Philip to London, touched at Kapiti on Tuesday, the 9th, for water and provisions, and left on the following Saturday. H.M.S. the Daphne, 18 guns, Captain Onsl iw, y arrived at Auckland on 12th August, from the Valparaiso station. O. C. Raymond. — By private letters we have been informed that the Captain had remitted funds to the amount of 70.000 dollars to his relatives in New Bedford, which money had been seized by the Customs, and would be transmitted to those parties in China who had suffered from his breach of trust. — Sydney Herald. The Government Brig Victoria was to leave Auckland for this place in about ten days after the Lady Leigh. The Hannah left Auckland for Sydney on the 7th August. The Rover's Bride, Joss, left Auckland for Tahiti on the 30th July.

A General Meeting of the Subscribers to the " New Zealand Spectator and Cook's Straits Guardian," will be held at Barret fs Hotel, at half -past seven o'clock, on Monday evening, the 22d inst.y to receive the second halfyearly Report of the Committee of Management.

Makried (according to the rite of the Church Catholic) by the Rev. J. P. 'O'Reily, at St. Mary's Catholic Chapel, -jn the 18th inst.. George Harrington, late of Dublin, to Catherine Harris, late of Sydney.
