FARM TO LET, On the East Coast of New Zealand. /CONSISTING of about 100 acres of fine \y arable land, thirty of which are enclosed with a substantial five rail fence, and about 12 acres are at present in crop. The Farm House consists of five apartments, with stables, piggeries, &c, &c. About 2 acres are fenced in as a garden, which is well stocked with fruit trees and vegetables. A more desirable place could not be found in New Zealand. There is an undeniable title, and no fear of any interference from the natives. For particulars apply to Moses Yule, At R. Waitt's.
