FARM TO LET, On the East Coast of Sew Zealand. CONSISTING of about 100 acres of fine V^ arable land, thirty of which are enclosed with a substantial five rail fence, and about 12 acres are at present in crop. The Farm House consists of five apartments, with stables, piggeries, &c, &c. About 2 acres are fenced in as a garden, which is well stocked with fruit trees and vegetables.
