NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN — That Salvage will not be paid for the recovery of any portion of the wreck 'of the Tyne, her Stores or Appurtenances, being the property of the Undersigned: and all parties are hereby cautioned not to remove or carry away any part thereof: and any person doing so without my consent after this notice, will be dealt with according to law. ARRIVALS. August 26. — Schooner Bandicoot, Bowden, from Hobart Town via Nelson. Same day. — Cutter Catherine Johnstone, Taylor, from Wanganui. August 21. — Schooner Carbon, Joyce, from Tarsnaki. Same day. — Cutter Levin, Popplewell, from Rapid.

DEPARTURES. August 26. — Schooner Kate, M'Farlane, for the Kaikora. August 27. — Schooner Perseverance, for Port Levy and Otakou : passengers, Tiroa and suite. August 28. — Schoonei Mana, Munn, for the Kaikora. Same day. — Cutter Royal William, Lovett, for Cloudy Bay.

The Bandicoot arrived at Hobart Town, hence on the 20th July, and left on the 2d August. The brigantine Deborah, Captain Wing, was to leave that port on the 6th Aug. for Auckland. The Sydney, Captain White, arrived at Gravesend on the 22d March.

Nelson Shipping. — Arrived August Bth, the brig Palmyra, from Wellington — August 9th, Star of China, from do. — Aug. 23, schooner Bandicoot, from Hobart Town — Aug. 22, cutter Ann and tarah, from Wellington. — Sailed Aug. 7, schooner Carbon, for New Plymouth — Aug. 9, schooner Three Brothers, for Queen Charlotte's Sound — Aug. 12, cutter Moonraker, for Kawhia — Aug. 13, cutter Lively, for Kawhia.

Marriage.— On the 19th July, at Trinity Church, Launceston, by the Rev. W. L. Gibbon, George John Chapman, Esq., of Hobart Town, to Caroline, eldest daughter of the late Thomas Cookson Simpson, Esq., of Launceston.
