"j\OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the hearing of applications for the relief of Insolvent Debtors, and for the dispatch of other business arising under the provisions of "An Ordinance for the relief of persons imprisoned for debt," Session "3, No. 7, will be holden at the Court-house, Wellington, on Friday, the 15th day of August instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. SUPREME COURT.
TVOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a sitting of the Supreme Court for the dispatch of Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court-house, Wellington, on Monday, the Ist day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon ; aud that a sitting for the' dispatch of Civil Business, will be holden at the Courthouse, on Monday, the Bth day of said month, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times and place all persons under recognisances, to appear either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance. DEPARTURES. August 5. — Schooner Susannah Ann, 62 tons, Hensly, for the Chatham Islands. August 6. — Barque Louisa Campbell, -275 tons, Darby, for Auckland. August 7. — Schooner Star of China, 75 tons, Wood, for Tahiti via Nelson.
