NOTICE.
THE Undersigned having bought the wreck of the barque Tyne, with appurtenances, being all at the time of the sa)e, on the 14th ,day of July instant, laying below high-water mark^jHEREBY gives notice to all persons, that he doth, not require, and vfrill not perririt any person whomsoever, to take, tinder pretence of saving, or any other pretence, any part whatever of the said wreck and appurtenances ; arid- that he wifl not make any allowance by way of sal- ! vage, or otherwise, to any person who may so take any part of the Said wreck : And all parties whatever are hereby warned agaiDSt abstracting, hindering, or interfering with the Undersigned, or the parties employed by him in Saving the same wreck, under pretence of being engaged in saving or searc^fcg for part of the cargo of the same vessel, ojM4herwise ; and that any person taking poss%ssioß*iof the said wreck, or any part thereof, or interfering with or obstructing" the Undersigned, or'the parties employed by him ; will be proceeded against according to law.
