M'Leod v. Evans and Chetham.
Suit to compel the defendants to deliver up certain land orders which had been deposited with defendants to secure the payment of the purchase money. There was a plea setting up other terms, but it was abandoned, and a verdict was taken for plaintiff by consent — each party to pay his own costs. Mr. Brandon for plaintiff, Mr. Hanson for defendants. #
