Return, shewing the amount of land in cultivation, and description of crops, in the First and Principal Settlement of the New Zealand Company, comprising Port Nicholson, Manawatu, and Wanganui. N.B. — The whole of the land cleared, but not in crop, and that lying fallow, is not included in this return.
