Ale, beer, porter, and other irialt liquors, 15 per cent. On all guns or weapons of any description, or gunpowder, or any munition of war 30 par cent. On all other goods, wares, merchandise, and property, except* personal baggage, living animals, and sbedie 6 rie'r' cetit.
