JAMES SMITH, TE ARO HOUSE. rTIHE INFERIOR COURT OF HAMBURG X has on application of Dr. Rud Mbnckeberg as curator of CARL JACOB HARTMANN, who was born May 16th, 1819, and went to New Zealand in 1841, and of whom since 1861 it is not known whether he is alive or dead, leaving his six brothers and sisters who are known to the Court, as presumptive heirs, decided to issue the following edictal citation and proclamation : NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN : (1.) That the said CARL JACOB HARTMANN, is required to appear in the Inferior Court, on or before the 24th day of November, 1876, as the only and peremptory term, either personally or represented by a duly authorized party residing at Hamburg, in default of which he will be pronounced to be dead, and (2.) That all persons who lay any claims to the eventual Estate of the said CARL JACOB HARTMANN, especially those claiming the right of heirship, (with the exception of the above-mentioned persons) are required to send in the particulars of their claims to the Inferior Court, and afterwards prove the same, on or before the same term, as the only and peremptory one, in default of which they will be excluded from the benefits of the said Estate, and be condemned to eternal silence.
