The works of the Titanic Steel Company are so far completed that Mr. Carrington, the Superintendent of the province, purposes paying an official visit in a few days, when the fires will be lit. If the Superintendent is satisfied he will issue a certificate entitling the company to claim the bonus of a certain quantity of land which the Act provides they shall have on completion of the work.
