WELLINGTON SAVINGS’ BANE. NOTICE TO DEPOSITORS. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY having enacted that the Wellington Savings’ Bank shall be closed on a day to be fixed by the Governor : Notice is hereby given that the Ist day of FEBRUARY has been gazetted as the day on which the Bank will be closed for the receipt of deposits : but that it will remain open during the whole of that month on Monday and Friday evenings, between 7 and 8, for the purpose of adding the interest which has accrued during the past year, and for paving such sums as depositors may wish to withdraw. Depositors are requested to call at the Bank and have their pass-book made up; but they will be good enough to understand that there ia no necessity for them to withdraw their balances, as the Trustees will be happy to transfer their accounts on the Ist day of Hi ARCH to the Post-office Savings’ Bank, where the pass-books they now hold will enable them at any time to withdraw or make fresh deposits. JOHN KNOWLES, Secretary and Accountant. • Wellington Savings’ Bank, Athenseum, Wellington, 30th January, 1872.
