The names of persons to whom Crown grants for lands in the township of Gisborne are to be made, in accordance with existing contracts, have been published in a Gazette of last Saturday's date. The Province of Wellington has been proclaimed a district within the meaning of the Native Lands Frauds PreventioQ Act, 1871.
