ELIGIBLE FARM AT FOXTON. FOR SALE, close to the town of Foxton, Manawatu, a FARM of about 130 acres ofvich agricultural land. On the propertythere is a well-built Cottage, Stockyard, &c, and a never-failicg supply of water. The land is partly fenced into convenient sized paddocks laid down in grass ; a portion is rich drained swamp. About 43 head of cattle, horses, pigs, &c, will be sold with the property.
