Messrs bethune & hunter win sell by public auction, at their new offices, Custom House Quay, on Tuesday, October 10, 1871, at 2 o’clock, All those four sections of Land, containing together 174 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, situate in and being Rural Sections Nos. 385, 386, 415, and 416, on the plan of the township of Foxton, in the district of Manawatu. This valuable block of land is about a mile and a half from the centre of the town, has a double road frontage, and is greatly improved by drainage, fencing ahd grassing, and has a dwelling thereon.
