EDWARDS & CO. have received instructions from the Trustee in the Bankrupt Estate of George James, to sell by Public Auction, at the Warehouse of Mr W. Welford, PICTON, on Saturday, the 28th day of October next, at 2 o'clock p.m.All that Piece or Parcel of LAND, being allotments Nos. 700 and 701 on the Plan of the Town of Picton, together with thebuildings thereon known as the TASMANIAN HOTEL, with Stable, Yards, &c, all in good repair.
