Government Annuities Office, Wellington, Ist December, 187 b. “VTOTICE is hereby given that Government _IN Insurance and Annuities Offices, under *‘The Government Annuities Act, 1869,” and “The New Zealand Government Insurance and Annuities Act, 1870,” have been opened at WELLINGTON, WANGANUI, GREYTOWN, and all the principal Money Order Offices in the Colony. Up to a certain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will, as if single; and such policies are free from the debts and control of their husbands. 3. Insurances may be effected for the benefit of Wife and Children, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free from the claim of creditors, to the extent of £2OOO.
