THE PRESENT ISSUE of the MAIL, commencing the SECOND QUARTER, begins with A NEW SERIAL TALE to be continued from week to week. The success of the Mail during the first Quarter, has exceeded the most sanguine expectations, and has encouraged the Proprietor to put forth further efforts, which cannot fail to increase its usefulness and success. It has already the largest country circulation of any journal in the Province, and Advertisers can therefore rely on their advertisements receiving a publicity which no other can offer. Prom and after this date Advertisers in the Wellington Independent, can have their advertisements inserted -in the Mail AT GREATLY REDUCED RATES. Advertisements and subscriptions received in Town and Country by the Agents of the Wellington Independent. Persons wishing to become subscribers are requested to forward their name and addresses to the Agents or to * the-office of the Wellington Independent before the expiring of the present Quarter. THE NEW QUARTER beginning with AN INTERESTING TALE by An Eminent Whiter is a favorable time, for subscribing. NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS.
