TfiE Waitangi Beidge.—The '* Oamaro Times" of April 4th says that, the General Government haß ordered borings to he made in the hed of the Waitangi river, as a preliminary to the construction of the bridge, on the line laid out by the commissioners, Messrs May, Miller, and Tancred. The railway linein connection therewith is to be *• lock-Bpitted'* in preparation for contract.
