Persons wishing to become subscribers are requested to forward their name and addresses to the Agents or to the office of the Wellington Independent before the expiring of the present Quarter. THE NEW QUARTER beginning with AN INTERESTING- MAIL by An Eminent Writer is a favorable time, for subscribing.
