Acland. —On the 6th December, 1870, at London, Harriett, widow of the late Rev. Charles Lawford Acland, formerly chaplain at Cuttack, in the Bengal Presidency. Aged 64 years. Smith. —At Greytown, on the 16th inst., Angus Allan, youngest child of Dr. Smith. Aged 5 months. Crawford. —At Roxburgh-street, Peter, infant son of Peter Crawford, aged 3 months. Bruce. —On the 21st November, 1870, at Forgandenny, Scotland, Mr David Bruce, father of the Rev. David Bruce, of Auckland. Bruce. —On the 29th November, 1870, at Broughty Ferry, Scotland, James W. Bruce, second son of the Rev. A. B. Bruce, aged 5 years, Bruce.— -On the 3rd December, 1870, at Droughty Ferry, Scotland, Mary Alexander Sinclair, wife of the Rev. David Bruce, of Auckland. Fendall— On the 21st instant, at Wellington, Phillip William, son of the Rev. Henry Fendall, aged 42 years. '
