TV] OTICE is hereby given that anj JIM Elector on any Electoral Roll for the Colony of New Zealand may at any tame up to and including the day of issue of the Writ for the Election for a Member of the House of Representatives apply, by application! to the Registrar of Electors for the district va. which hia-ajame is enrolled, for a Votr ing permit authorising him to record his vote outside such district at any polling-place duly appointed! on the day of election, in any Electoral District in the colony.
