The Austrian warship Panther has on board several men with names which seem liable to go off without notice. Two of them seem to call for a rhyme : On the Panther there resides Budislav Stipanovic, Which, is not so hard: to sayAs is Phillip Csiszarik. • • • I am not blase, and I am not old., But every rose has thorns when all is One winter day I sought and 1 kissed my love — , Although her lips were warm, her nose was cold. • * * Lives of great men all remind us, We should spend our every dune, For the tin we leave behind us Won't give us a high old time. — C S.
