The annual meeting of tibe Oldi Boons' Club will be held to-night (Friday). The report and balance-sheet show the club to be in a good position. Although the first and second elevens did 1 not play up to expectations last season, the thi/rdl and fourth elevens were successful in winning the champaonships m their grade. "Ken" Tucker has been re-engaged as coach, and eve-rythng ponnts to the incoming season being the most successful m the annals of the club. So mote it be. The annual meeting of the Midland Cricket Club is to be held next Friday naght, the 22nd inst. The report and balance-sheet is m the handls of the printers, and I shall have a commieoit thereon next week.
