Boxing.

The championship meeting of the Wellington Boxing Association commenced at the Theatre Royal last night, and will be continued to-night. As the notes are printed before the' meeting starts, I am unable to comment on. the displays given so far. To-night, however, the special event of the gathering will take plaoei. Murphy andl Clark will meet in their sixround "go," and a bumper house should be present when they face each other m the ring. An interesting contest is sure to result. The finals of the various championshrns will aslo be decided to-night.
