WEIGHTS declared for First Day's Handicaps. MONDAY, OCTOBER 10th. ACCEPTANCES close for First Day's Handicaps at 9 p.m. NOMINATIONS close for Spring Trial Stakes at 9 p.m. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20th. WEIGHTS declared for Second Day's Handicaps at 8 p.m. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21st. ACCEPTANCES close for Second Day's Handicaps, at 12 o'clock noon. PENALTIES. — The winner of any race of the value of 50 soys or upwards after the declaration of weights to carry 71b extra, of two or more races of the value of 50 soys or upwards 101b extra, except in the Wellington Handicap, for which special penalties are provided 1 .
