During the two years ending February, 1904, the receipts were £10,221 os. 4d., representing a net piofit of £1,675 12s. 9d. after an extra outlay of £1,609 10s. lOd. was incurred in repairs, up-keep, and generally improving the property. "BELLEVUE" IS WELLINGTON'S PRINCIPAL PLEASURE = RESORT, the attractions of which will be greatly enhanced after the Consolidation. "THE MANSIONS," in Ghuznee Street, Wellington, is the best and most luxuriously appointed Private Hotel in New Zealand, and is widely known as an excellent residence for touiists and business people. Opened only last August, it is already yielding 8 per cent, on the capital invested. THE VALUE OF THESE PROPERTIES as disclosed by most careful valuations, shows a total of £144,229. This is £14,229 more than the amount to be paid by the Company.
