IN consequence of the numerous domplaints made by residents in reference to the nuisance and damage caused by cattle ■ and horses continually running at large, the Council has decided to take the most stringent measures to abate the nuisance, and the Ranger has been instructed to impound all horses and cattle, and at the same lime toprosecute the owners for allowing their animals to wander at large on the publicstreets.
