"The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same respectively. I HEREBY give notice that an Election will be held on MONDAY, the Bth day of February, 1904, for the purpose of Electing Two Persons to fill the office of Member of the Wellington Harbour Board, and I hereby apooint the Exchange Hall, Lambton Quay, as the place, and FRIDAY, the 15th day of January, 1904 (before noon) as the day for the Nomination of Candidates for such office.
