AT OTICE is hereby given that the I_\ following Resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the City Council of Wellington, held on THURSDAY, Bth October, i 903, viz. — RESOLUTION. The Council of the City of Wellington hereby make® by Special Order, the following By-law under the provisions of "The Municipal Corpora^ tions Act 1900," and in pursuance of all other powers (if any) enabling the said Council in that behalf to amend "The Consolidated By-law, 1898." , , . The above Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on THURSDAY, sth November, 1903, at 8 p.m., at the Councul Chambers, Bran-don-street Wellington, when, the date on which the said By-law wall come into force will be fixed. The object and purport of the amending By-law r are as follow — To amend the Schedule set out in Section 47 in Part 111. of the Consolidated By-law. 1898, by extending the area' of the City comprised m No. I. District to include portions of the following streets — Char-lotte-street, Molesworth-street, Clyde Quay, Tory-street, Tara-naki-street, Cuba-street, Taranakiplace, Courtenay-rlace, Ghuzneestreet, Ingestre-street , Vivianstreet, Upper Willis-street, Ade-laide-road, Re vans-street, and Rid-diford-sfreet. A full Copy of the By-law is deposited for inspection at the Office of the City Council, Brandon-street. JNO. R. PALMER, Town Clerk. 14th October, 1903.
