PURCHASE AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS. nnENDERS will be received at the Town I Clerk's Office until 4 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 7th instant, for the purchase and removal of wooden buildings on the north side of Alfred Street, lately belonging to Mrs. Walters, and situated on Town Acre 741 ; and on the south side of College Terrace, lately belonging to Mrs. Barbara Lynn, and situated on Town Acre 742. Both of the buildings aie shown upon map of the City, which may be seen at the Office of the City Engineer. Tendereis must deposit the sum of £5 with their tender, and the successful tenderer will be lequired to remove the buildings within seven working days from the date of acceptance of tender.
