f I IHE Company is being formed to acquire JL the patent rights of the manufacture of sand and lime bricks and aitifieial stone. There are no expensive kilns for burning the bricks, and the only fuel required is for procuring steam. Weather conditions do not affect the work, no drying is necessary, and the bricks ready for use can be turned out in TWENTY-FOUR HOURS. Allowing for the mci eased cost of labour in New Zealand, the bricks should be turned out here for ABOUT TWENTY SHILLINGS PER THOUSAND in trucks at siding. The current market price in Wellington is over FIFTY SHILLINGS PER THOUSAND. The difference shows that a large margin is left for profit on the manufacture of these patent bricks. Further information is embodied in the Prospectus, copies of which are obtainable at the offices of either of the Brokers, where also a few specimens of the patent brick can be seen. A large number of shares are already applied. Early application is therefore necessary.
