WELLINGTON EACING CLUB. A SPECIAL General Meeting of the Wellington Eacing Club is hereby convened by the Stewards to be held at the .Wellington Eacing Club's Eooms, Lambton Quay, on THUESDAY, the 28th day of May, 1903, at 8 p.m., pursuant to a written requisition signed by ten members of the Club. The objects of such meeting as specified in the requisition are set forth hereunder: — 1. To pass a resolution pursuant to Section £ of " The Unclassified Societies Registration Act, 1895," that the Wellington Eacing Club become registered under that Act. 2. To agree to rules which shall be the rules of the Unclassified Society when incorporated and registered, and that the following shall be such rules :—: — (a) The present rules and regulations of the Wellington Eacing Club except Eule No. 61 thereof. (b) The following rules for the control and use of the Common Seal, to be numbered as hereunder shown : — 61. The Common Seal of the Club shall be in such form and of such design as the Stewards shall determine. The Common Seal of the Wellington Eacing Club shall be kept in a box having two keys, one of which keys shall be always in the possession of the President or one of the VicePi esidents of the Club, the other in the possession of the Secretary of the Club. 62. The Common Seal shall only be affixed to documents pursuant to a resolution of the Stewards, and the affixing thereof shall be attested by two Stewards. By order of the Stewaids. J. F.
