King Dick's record Premiership of ten years wift be marked by a Liberal demonstration in the Opera House, on Saturday, 2nd May, 1903, commencing at/ 8 o'clock. Very extensive and complete arrangements have been made by Mr. W. J. Culver (J.P.), the secretary of the Liberal and Labour Federation, and, as all the Cabinet Ministers are to be there, the assemblage will be a brilliant one.
