Patron — His Excellency the Governor. Syllabus of Classes : Men— MONDAYS and THURSDAYS, 8 to 10 p.m. Fte, 20s per term. Business and Professional Men— TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, 5.15 to 6.15 p.m. Fee, 30s per season of six months (from 15th April to 7th October), or 20s for term of four months. Youths (14 to 18 years of age)— MONDAYS, 6.30 to 7.45 p.m. WEDNESDAYS, 7.30 to 9 p.m. Fee, 10s 6d per term. Boys (under 14 years of age)— WEDNESDAYS, 4.35 to 5.35 p.m. SATURDAYS, 9to 10.15 a.m. Fee, 10s 6d per term. Ladies (evening cIasses)— TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, 7.30 to 9 p.m. Fee, 12s 6d per term. Ladies (morning cIass)— TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, 10 to 11.30 a.m. Fee, 12s 6d per term. Girls (under 15 years of age)— TUESDAYS, 4.10 to 5 p.m. SATURDAYS, 10.30 to 11.30 a.m. Fee, 10s 6d per term. N.B. — All fees are payable in advance to the Treasurer, Secretary, or Instructor. In the Children's Classes a reduction will be made when more than one in a family attends a i follows : — Two in one family, 17s 6d per term; Three in one family, 2ls per term. Special terms by araangement for Schools, Clubs, and Teachers of Calisthenics. Instructor— Mr. BINND3 DOVEY (by Special Engagement), Gold Medallist, London, winner of 7 prizes at the Royal Polytechnic, London, the all-round Professional Championship, and the Champion Medal. Lately Instructor of seven years of Harrow School, and for eleven years of the Harrow Mission Club, and of the West Surrey Cadets, Post and Telegraph Institute, Rugby Mission, Mr. Darnell's Grammar School, Mrs. Shaw's Ladies' School, and other high-class institutions in England. Mr. DOVEY has been appointed Physical Instructor to the Wellington College, St. Patrick's College, the School Teachers of the Education Board, Brougham Hill Ladies' School, and St. Peter's Club. THE GYMNASIUM, which is situated on the top flat of Messrs. Jackson and Co.'s warehouse, Jervois Quay, opposite the Band Rotunda (overlooking the harbour, thereby ensuring the fresh sea air) is the largest and best appointed, not only in the city, but in the colony. Intending members are particularly requested- to-Hote the name ?md- location of this Gymnasium. All communications should be in writing, addressed to Mr. W. WESTON, Hon. Secretary, Box 81, G.P.0. ; or Mr. B. DOVEY, the Instructor, may be consulted at the Gymnasium by parents or pupils, from 12 to 1 p.m. on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, and also immediately before or after cTass hours.

"VJ" OTICE is hereby given that at a i.\ General Meeting of Shareholders of the above Company, held at Wellington on the second day of February, 1903, the following Special Resolutions were agreed to: — 1. That Article 31 of the Articles of Association be rescinded, and the following substituted in lieu thereof : — "31. No business shall be transacted "at any meeting, except the de"olaratdon, of a dividend, unless at "least fifteen shareholders be pre"sent at the commencement of "the business." 2. That (the following be added to the Articles of Association, of the Company and. be Article 46 (c) thereof : — "46. (c). The Directors shall be paid "out of the funds of the Com"pany by way of remuneration "for their services, exclusive of "and in addition to the salary, if "any, paid to the Managing Dir"ector. pursuant to Article 46 "(b) the sum of £262 10s per an"num and such further sum' as "the Company in General Meet"ing may from time to time de"termine. Such remuneration "shall be divided among the Directors in such proportion, and in "such manner, and at such time "as the Directors may from time "to time determine." And notice is further given that a Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company is hereby convened, to be held at the Chamber of Commerce, National Mutual Life Association's Buildings, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on the 2nd day of March, 1903. at 8 p.m., for the purpose of confirming the said Special Resolutions.
