NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described -will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 19th day of January, 1903. 3185. GEORGE WILLIAM PALMER.— 259 acres 10 perches, part Sections 238 and 244, Right Bank, Wanganui River ; also right of way over other part of Section 244 continued through Sections 169 and 170 of the same district. Occupied by Applicant. 3245. ROBERT BOULD.— IO3 acres 3 roods 23 perches, part Section 96, Ohariu District. Occupied by Applicant. 3298. HUGH CALDERS.— I rood 22 6-10ths perches, part Section 3, Harbour District. Occupied by William Coleman as caretaker. 3305. BYRON PAUL BROWN.— 3 acres 1 rood 22 perches, being the land known as Whakahokiatapango No. 2 No. 63n, Otaki District. Occupied by a tenant. Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
