ELECTORAL. NOTICE OF ELECTION OF BOARD OF CONCILIATION. IN pursuance of "^© Industrial Conciliation, and Arbitration Act WOO," I, WALTER ARNOLD HAWKINS, Returning Officer appointed for District DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an Election will be held for the return, of Four Members to serve as a. Board of Conciliation for the said Industrial District, at the Supreme Court Office WeUini^ton on the 31st day of December, 1902, be^ tween the hours of 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The vote of each Industrial Union entitled to vote shall be signed by Voting Paper, under the spal of the Union and the hand of the Chairman and Secretairy. The Voting Paper must be lodged with, or transmitted by post, or otherwise to me at my office. Supreme Court Buildings, at Wellington, so as to reach there not later than 5 o'clock in the afternoon of tihe clay of the election. Candidates must be nominated for Election in such manner as the rules of the Nominatine Industrial Union may prescribe, or. if there be no such rule, nominations must be made in writing, under the Seal of the Union, and the hand of its Chairman or Secretary. Each nomination must be lodged "witih me not later than 5 (p.m. on the 27tih day of December, and must be accompanied by the written consent of tihe persons nominated. Provided that if the number of uetrsons validly nominated do not exceed the number to be elected, such persons will at once be declared elected.
