Erection of Powei House and. Chimney Stack 2. Erection of Car Sheds and Bepairing Shops 3. Erection of Caretaker's House and Offices. Pei sons tendering for the whole of the works must submit separate tenders for each building, and endorse respectively as above. Copies of drawings, specifications and bills of quantities will be supplied from the Tramways Engineer's Office upon receipt by the City Treasurer of a deposit fee as hereunder : — For the Power House Plans, &c. £21 0 0 For the Car Shed Plans, <fee. . . 5 5 0 For Caretaker's House Plans, &c. 5 5 0 which deposit fees will be returned on receipt of a bona fide tender, and upon the return of the drawings, specifications and bills of quantities, fully priced. Copies of drawings, specifications and bills of quantities may be seen at the Tramways Engineer's Office, and at the Town Halls, Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin, during ordinary office hours, without charge.
