PURCHASE AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS.

rpENDERS will be received at the Town J_ Clerk's Office until spm. on MONDAY, the 27th instant, for the purchase and removal of any one or more or all of the buildings at Frasers lane, John-street and Mulgrave-street (to be removed for street widening purposes), in accordance with the plan and conditions to be seen at the office of the City Engineer. Tenderers must deposit the sum of £5 with their tender, and the successful tenderer will be required to remove each building within three days of the date of receipt of authority to do so.
