TO THE CITY ELECTORS. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,— In reply to the many requests of my friends and supporters, I have very great pleasure in acceding to their wishes, and shall be a Candidate for your suffrages at the coming General Election for the City of Wellington. In politics I have always been, a Liberal, and during my long residenoe in the city have always taken an intelligent interest in its progress. I shall take an early opportunity of placing my views fully before you. Faithfully yours, JAMES GODBER.
