To receive Directors' Eepoit and Balance Sheet To elect Two Diiectors To elect Two Auditors, and to fix their lemuneiation To transact such other general business as may be deemed necessary
The retiiing Diiectors— Mr. A. E. Exley and Mr. W. A Fitzherbert — being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. Nominations must be lodged at the Company's Office not later than the 28th mst.
