Tins Company is being formed to acquire the license under the patent rights grafted; in the colony of New Zealand and the States' of the Commonwealth of Australia to Charles Lewis Pullman, of Washington, D.C., U.S.A. The said rights give the exclusive right to use and vend tie Pullman Automatic Ventilator in the above mentioned colony; and States, such ventilator to be supplied by and in terms of contract with the patentee. The device is the invention of Mr. Charles Lewis Pulman, of the famous firm of palace car builders, who, after many yeatrsi' study and experiment, has perfected what is conclusively proved to be a perfect ventilator, combining as it does a constant supply of fresh air and a better distribution of it than any known system has yert> accomplished, with absolute immunity from draught, dust, or other,, matter, irrespective of weather conditions, together with simplicity of construction and moderation of price. The invention is becoming universally adopted, and. is applicable to railways, factories, hospitals, schools, dwellings, churches, offices, threatres, etc., etc. It is installed in the White House, the Senate:, Treasury (Washington) innumerable railways, public and private buildings throughout America, and, amongst other places, the Hotel Cecil, London, has it fitted in. The simplicity of the device enables it to be supplied at a price which will bring it within the reach of everybody and yet return a handsome profit to the company. After inspection the Government architect of New South Wales signified his intention of equipping the largest hospital in Sydney with this ventilator. The Railway Departments in Australia have been approached, and under their auspices eminently satisfactory trials have been made, and it is confidently expected that, the device will be adopted by them.
