TENDERS are invited for the Lease of the block of Land art: the corner of Willis-street and Harbour-street. The land fronting Willis-street is divided into three sections of 30ft frontage earn, and tenders may be sent in for any one of the 3 sections, or for the whole block in one section The. -section fronting Harbour-street has also a frontage of 30ft Tenders are also invited for lease of one section of land in Willis-street (near Mercer-street) with a frontage of 40ft. Full particulars can be obtained at mv office Tenders will close on MONDAY, the 28th day of July, at "> o'clock. They should be endorsed.
