TENDERS aie invited tor the lease of 10 Sections of land on Block 3, Te Aro Reclaimed Land, having frontages to Hanisstieet and Mercer- stieet. All particulars can be obtained at my office. Tenders will close on THURSDAY, the 24th Apnl, at 5 o'clock. They should be endoised, "Tender for Lease," and be delivered at my office by the time above-mentioned. J. E.
