WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN In the matter of the Municipal Coipor- " ations Act, 1900. THE Council ot the City of Wellington herebv gives public notice that such Council proposes to borrow (by way of Special Loan within the meaning of the Municipal Corpoi ations Act, 1900) the sum of Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Pounds, to be expended in improving and extending the water-supply system of the City of Wellington and acquiring further lands m ct nnection therewith. The Council pioposes to pledge a Special Rate of One Penny in the Pound on tihe ratable value Con the basis of the unimproved value) of all ratable property w ithin the Citv of Wellington as> security for the said loan of two hundred and thirty thousand pounds and the interest and sinking fund, thereon. I*- is proposed that the whole amount of the loan shall be repayable at the expiration of ateim of thirty years computed fiom the first dav of June, 1902. Dated this fifteenth day of March 1902. J.
