LISTS tor signatures to the address to the Right Honourable the Premier are now being circulated throughout the town by the following authorised agents, viz., Messrs. Butler, Dickerson, Holmes, Ruck, and Waite. Should the public also desire to contribute to the cost of the testimonial and to a purse of sovereigns, thosie who are collecting sigiidjtuiris aie authorised to receive such subscriptions. Contributors are requested to obtain a receipt from the book in which they will entei, and sign, for tinamount of their coiitubution. In order that even citizen ma\ have an opportumt\ of signing thu addiess, lists foi signature have been placed 111 all the' pnncipal warehouses and shops and at the Secrotaij 's office.
