ITS PROFITS
It is proposed to divide the Net Profits, after making such provision as the Directors may determine for reserves depreciation, etc., as follows — Dividend not exceeding six per cent, pei annum to all members on the amount of their paid-up capital Bonus at per £ on the total amount oi: members' purchases at the Stores (the average amount returned to members of true Cooperatue Societies in the United Kingdom and in thus (.'olonv is about 2s 3d for every pound spent) Bonus to the Employees Under the Act of last session the Prospectus is necessaiilv lengthy it i« therefore not advertised, but a copy will be sent post free to any address on application to Y.
