AN UNEXPECTED COMPLIMENT. Passing down Hill-street the other day Sir Joseph Ward was surprised by a [?] from the Italian Consulate calling out, " Pretty Joey Pretty Jo-o-ey" He started with indignation. But it wasn't a little joke. It was only his parrot.
