WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND In the mattei of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," 'The Wellington City Empowering Act,, 1897 " "The Wellington Cit\ Empowenng Act, 1899," and "The Public, Works Act, 1894." NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work — namely, the widening of Adelaide-road, in the said city , and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so reouired to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate at the corner of Brandon-street and Foatherstonstreet, in the said city, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons dunng ordinary office hours , and that all persons affected bv the execution of the said public work by the taking of the said land should if they have any well-oTounded obiections to the execution of the said public work or to the takins: of such land, set forth the same in writine and send such writine within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk Wellington SCHEDULE.
